Refund policy

Every 40SomethingDads shirt is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right. If your shirt arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or you received the wrong item, email Info@40somethingdads.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to send it back.

Lost packages: if tracking stops moving for 15+ business days, or says delivered but nothing arrived, contact us and we'll get it reprinted and reshipped.

Address errors: we can't reship for free when an order goes to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but contact us and we'll help.

Cancellations: contact us right away. Once an order goes into production we can't cancel it.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
